BBQ Community Rallies to Help Uncle Jed Smoke Diabetes! The Northeast BBQ Society (NEBS.org) is hosting an ALL_YOU_CAN_EAT_BBQ gala we are calling JedFest!! Saturday May 21 at the Boggestowe Fish & Game Club, 247 Ridge St. in Millis, MA 4:00 to 9:00pm $25 Featuring live music, raffles, and of course, a vary rare chance to sample some of the best BBQ cooked by some of the best BBQ chefs in the nation! For over 20 years, Jed LaBonte has been active in the BBQ Community; winning numerous competitions, leading cooking classes and as president of NEBS for 6 years... However, Jed is legendary in the BBQ community for his extensive charitable activities, generously helping anyone at any time. NEBS is rallying to Jed’s aid to help face the financial difficulties caused by health issues. Volunteers from 4 states are cooking, BBQ teams from as far away as Florida are sending items for the raffles’.
