Informational Meeting on Prospect Hill Village Feb. 28th at Bellingham Senior Center

Wall Street Development Corp. will hold an informational meeting on Wednesday, February 28th, 2024 at 6 p.m. at the Bellingham Senior Center, 40 Blackstone St., Bellingham, MA to discuss the proposed development of 156 two-bedroom townhouses in 52 buildings, with three townhome dwellings in each building, as well as the associated improvements (the "project").

The property is located off Prospect St. and Lake St. and consists of approximately 72+/- acres of land, shown on Assessor's Map 65-Lot 20 & 22, Assessor Map 69, Lot 87 zoned Agriculture. The primary and secondary access to the project will be off Prospect St. in Franklin.
