Summer Hours

Monday - Thursday 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday 9:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.

(Saturday hours resume on September 9th)

The library is closing at 5 p.m. on Monday, July 3rd and will be closed Tuesday, July 4thfor Independence Day.

Special Programs 

Summer Reading Ramps Up!

If you haven’t already signed up for Summer Reading, it’s not too late.  See Miss Laura in the Children’s Room for details!  Thank you to the Friends of the Library and the Rockland Trust Charitable Foundation for sponsoring this year’s Summer Reading Program!

Stop by and pick up, or reserve your copy of your school Summer Reading assigned titles!

July Children’s Program Schedule – check the library calendar for details and to register!

• Mondays - Each week’s Code Word Hunt starts on Monday!

• Mondays at 10 a.m. – Summer School Skills, ages 2-5, please register on the 6/26 date to attend all sessions.

• Tuesdays at 10 a.m.– Summer Sensory Story & Play with Miss Melissa, drop in! (no class 7/18)

• Tuesdays at 12 noon – Picnic Stories on the Town Common, weather permitting!

• Wednesdays at 10 a.m. – Summer Ring a Ding, drop in!

• Wednesdays at 12 noon – Summer Krafty Kids with Miss Diane, please register for each session.

• Thursdays at 10 a.m. – Summer Family Movie Fun

• Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. – Summer Starlight Story Time, drop in!

• Fridays – Each week’s Summer Brain Buster starts on Friday!

• Fridays at 11 a.m. – Summer Baby Time, drop in! (no class on July 21st)

• Thursday, July 13th at 2 p.m. – Tweens & Teens: Taste Testers – Chips, Pizza, & S’mores - Vote for your fave! Please register!

• Tuesday & Wednesday, July 18th and 19th from 1:30-3:30 p.m. – Camp Millionaire is back! Fun way to learn about money, finances and more! For ages 8-12, please register. Must be able to attend both days.

• Wednesday, July 19th at 6 p.m. – Rockabye Beats Concert – drop in!

• Thursday, July 27th at 3 p.m. – Tweens & Teens:  Galaxy Tie-Dye.  Please register.
