Bellingham Memorial School’s First Track & Field Season Makes Strides

Bellingham Memorial School’s inaugural season of Middle School Track and Field was a great success! 75 athletes in grades 5, 6 and 7 competed in seven Track and Field Meets this season. Athletes ran hurdles, sprint and long-distance races as well as relays and competed in three field events: the high jump, long jump and shot put. Seventeen athletes went on to enter the Massachusetts Championship Meet, where top athletes from across Massachusetts competed for best in the State.
