Art in the Park Family Art & Literacy Workshop
Have fun, make art, make new friends! This family community workshop will engage you and your kids in a story and art project with inspiring themes like positivity, kindness, perseverance, and mindfulness.
Art in the Park connects families and communities, engaging children in reading, art, and collaborative discussions about a variety of social and emotional concepts, such as positivity, kindness, perseverance, and diversity. Build your young artist's self-confidence, emotional intelligence, empathy, and mindfulness.
Join us for these weekly community events located conveniently in the Pawtucket Fairlawn Veterans Memorial Park. We will read an illustrated children's book together, discuss the important messages of the story, and do a fun art project related to the story's theme.
