Svaroopa® yoga is a slow style of yoga with careful alignment that’s customized to your body’s needs. You learn to release tension and experience a deep relaxation, ease and well being. Participants need no yoga mat. Reserve your spot by calling the studio. Please dress comfortably and plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time. Time for You Yoga is delighted to host Swami Shrutananda, from Svaroopa Vidya Ashram, in Downingtown, PA to teach Yoga for Stress Relief. As a swami, she is a yoga monk, serving as a teacher trainer for Svaroopa yoga teachers as well as teaching yoga meditation and classes herself. She has studied and taught Svaroopa yoga for over 27 year with it’s founding teacher Swami Nirmalananda. She says, “ I love to share the mystical teachings of yoga with others who wish to delve deeper.” Time for You Yoga offers private yoga therapy and Svaroopa® yoga classes in Cumberland, RI.
