Slow Flow Yoga is a low-impact workout, which can help you to get in shape gradually. It is in sharp contrast to the power yoga or the aerobics-based active version of it. This style of yoga is actually a combination of a modified Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga. Slow Flow Yoga is not just for beginners or those with physical limitations. All levels of Yoga practitioners can find their personal challenges, as they slowly and mindfully move through a flow. The pace may be slower, but challenges will be present with difficulties to work through.
