Yoga Nidra, Breathwork & Salt Therapy

Join us for a breathe awareness, meditation and Yoga Nidra with Karen Matte in the Himalayan Salt Cave. She will start with beginner level stretches and move on to mindful breathing exercises, meditation, and a healing yoga nidra. Breath is essential to life. It is the first thing we do when we were born, and the last thing we do when we leave. What we may not realize is that the mind, body and breath are intimately connected and can influence each other. Himalayan Salt naturally cleanses and detoxifies the body, aids in water regulation, balances alkaline and acidity, aids in normalizing blood pressure, may reduce cravings and is a natural stress reliever. Salt Therapy is known to alleviate many respitory symptoms, Breathing conditions, skin conditions and is helpful for anxiety. Masks will be required upon entry and exit but will be allowed to be removed during practice. Bring your own mats. We may have 2nd mat available to stabilize mat from the salt floor.
