BEF Awards Over $25,000 In Grants

On June 8, the Bellingham Educational Foundation awarded $25,497 to the Bellingham School District for the following grants: Stall Brook Stallion SEL Club, BHS Science Lab Extension Update, Orff Instruments for All at Bellingham Memorial School, Makerspace Coding Robots at DiPietro Elementary School, Glider Challenge at Bellingham Memorial School, The Biology of Birds at Bellingham High School.

There were nine grant applications submitted this year, totaling over $74,000. Thank you to all who applied.

Since 2013 the BEF has awarded $242,623 back to our schools. A big “thank you” goes to our community for your continued support and donations.
