Members of the Greater Milford Community Chorus

The Greater Milford Community Chorus invites you to a joyful celebration of the holidays and the 100th anniversary of the beloved song, “Silent Night.” The traditional holiday concert takes place in the beautifully decorated Grand Ballroom at Milford Town Hall on December 1 and 2.
Under the direction of Dan Zabinski, GMCC has selected a variety of music ranging from medieval times, to popular Broadway classics, circumventing the globe with traditional and contemporary music selections. In 1818, in the little town of Oberndorf, Austria, the St. Nicholas church was plagued by a broken organ. It seemed it would be a silent night. We will celebrate the story of the “Silent Night” Christmas carol this holiday season.

Doors will open for seating and ticket purchase at one hour prior to the concert. The 42-member GMCC is a not-for-profit organization run under the umbrella of the Milford Community School Use Program and is supported by the Milford, Bellingham, Hopedale and Mendon Cultural Councils.

Refreshments will be served during intermission, and there will be many creative raffle baskets on hand to entice everyone attending to support GMCC. Tickets are only $10 each at the door, or they can be purchased for $8 each at Music & Arts in downtown Milford, or from any chorus member prior to the concert!  For more information about the GMCC, visit www.greatermilfordcommunitychorus.org.
