YouTuber Jordan Urquhart, known online as Millie from “The Laugh and Be Silly with Millie Show,” performed a bubble show at the Bellingham Library on July 13 as part of the summer reading program. The interactive show featured all kinds of bubbles and included audience participation.  Kids of all ages were invited to play along, and even got to be inside their own bubble.

“Make sure you keep your eye on Millie,” Children’s Librarian Steve Fowler said in his introduction, “because she’s going to be famous someday.” Formerly a local resident, Millie is taking her show on the road and relocating to Los Angeles. Her YouTube® show, which can be found on her website at http://www.laughandbesilly.com, contains popular children’s videos, and from there, has expanded to live performances.

About her show, Millie said, “I love bringing joy to people. I’m living my dream.” While she can now be booked only on the west coast, Bellingham Library patrons were lucky enough to see her one last time.
