The Bellingham Early Childhood Program (BECP) will hold registration for the 2015-2016 school year during the week of Jan. 25–29, 9–11 am, at BECP Preschool Office, 342 Hartford Ave. (rear of Stall Brook Elementary School building). To register, a child must be four years of age by Aug. 31, 2016. A copy of your child’s birth certificate, immunization and health record and a $25 non-refundable deposit are required at the time of registration to ensure placement in the program.
Parents will have the opportunity to select a morning or afternoon session and decide if their child will begin the year with a 2-, 3- or 5-day session. All classes are held at the Stall Brook Elementary School. Tuition for the program is based on state funding and the number of program participants.
A separate registration for the 3-year-old lottery for students who will turn three years old by August 31, 2016, will be done by mail in March. To have a lottery application mailed to you, please contact the preschool office.
An Open House is planned for Wednesday, Jan. 20, 4:30–6:30 pm, at the preschool buildings. Families are invited to tour the 3- and 4-year-old classrooms and meet staff in an informal setting. For further information, contact the preschool at 508-966-2512.
