Paint & Pamper for Pink Fundraiser Set

Feb 26, 2015 09:00PM ● By Pamela Johnson
Please join us for a fun night of pampering and pottery painting to benefit a great cause—the Avon 39 Walk to End Breast Cancer—and to support your local businesses. A unique fundraiser, hosted by Jennifer Morris & Debra Calomo, will be held on Saturday, March 14, 7–11 p.m., at  Once Upon A Kiln Pottery Studio, located at 15 North Main St.(in the plaza behind Dairy Queen).
For a $10 admission at the door, you will receive a FREE studio fee to paint as many pottery pieces as you like, receive a mini-chair massage by a licensed massage therapist, a mini-manicure, facial or lip treatment, and enjoy lots of great food and drinks (you may BYOB if you’d like). There will also be some amazing baskets/gift certificates raffled off with items from the event sponsors, some of whom include Ava Non-Toxic Products, Jamberry Nails, Tastefully Simple and other local businesses. Ten percent of the sales from all of the vendors at the event will also go to the cause.

“Most of you already know that this is a cause that is very close to my heart, since I am not only an Avon Walk alumna, but I am also a two-year breast-cancer survivor,” said Jennifer Morris.
