May has arrived, and not a minute too soon. What has seemed like a never-ending winter has indeed drawn to a close.  Thankfully, we can finally stop spending every last dime on home-heating-oil deliveries and driveway plowing--and spend it instead on landscaping and lawn care, which (in my mind anyway) is a bit more rewarding.
