Meditative Walk or Run Class

Would You Like to Receive the Benefits of Meditation, But You Can't Sit Still? Have You Been Meaning to Start Moving More, But Just Haven't Been Able to Get Started? Are You Overstressed, and Feel That Life’s Too Hectic?     Are You Stuck on the Hamster Wheel of Negative Thoughts? Then this class is for YOU! This all-levels mindful walk and/or run program will benefit everyone. In this class, we will connect with the breath, and practice being more fully present in our bodies, as we walk or run on the serene Canal path; surrounded by nature. Each session will present a different topic, such as breathing, relaxation, posture. In this class you will not only build your aerobic endurance, and your mindfulness focus, you’ll also reap the numerous benefits of exercise and meditation. Classes held indoors on raining days. Program Includes: Weekly Group Session: Topic, Warm-up, Workout, Cool down/Stretching Weekly Topics: Breathing, Posture, Relaxation & more!
