Dates: Mondays & Wednesdays, June 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, 29, July 6, 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, 27 (no class 7/4)

Time: 6:30-7:30pm Duration: 8 Weeks, 2 Classes per Week

Location: Blackstone Valley Bikeway, Park in the Cul de Sac at Adams St, Uxbridge

Price: $135 by May 20th, $155 after May 20th (race entry fee not included)

This program is for beginners wanting to walk or run their first 5k, or those interested in getting into an exercise routine in a social environment. The most important part of this experience is being active and having fun!

This program includes 2 weekly group trainings that will include a fitness topic, a warm-up, a workout that incorporates a mix of walking and running, and a cool down stretch. Over the weeks, you’ll gradually build up your fitness and stamina. The timeline of this program will train you for the Hot to Trot 5k, Saturday, July 30th Upton, MA.
