Week Long Kids Quilting Camp @ Dragonfly's Quilt Shop

Join us at Dragonfly's Quilt Shop for a week long kids camp. July 28-August 1st 10:00am to 12noon; with Nina Hunt. Fabric will be provided. Super fun kids camp - quilting classes with Nina Hunt. 4 Great useable projects for children ages 10 and up. All fabric will be provided. Children will need to bring a sewing machine in good working order. Start off with this fun novelty print Pillow Case. The students will learn the basics of sewing seams, measuring hems and the pillow case turn. Day two: Another fun technique filled day with a Ribbon Box. Learn sewing ribbons, hand sewing and top quilting. Day three: Large Bag, everybody loves a good bag! This kids will learn sewing blocks together, stitch in the ditch quilting, linings and box corners Day four: 9 Patch Table Topper - lead up to this mini quilt by building on all of the skills learned throughout the week. Day five: Finish up projects and end the week with an ice cream party from 12-12:30 provided by Dragonfly’s Quilt Shop! A supply list will be provided.
