Matrix Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy, Inc. specializes in sports medicine and orthopedics and is dedicated to one-on-one, hands on, functional rehab for a safe and full return to prior level of functional and/or athletic activity. We provide comprehensive services to prevent and rehabilitate orthopedic and athletic injuries, to enhance athletic performance and to educate and empower the injured and/or undistinguished recreational or competitive athlete.

Each patient receives a comprehensive evaluation and assessment of his/her orthopedic or athletic injury. An individualized treatment plan is then formulated and will include one-on-one, hands-on soft tissue mobilizations and functional exercise to progress towards the patient’s/therapist’s long term goals. Progress is closely monitored through frequent re-evaluations which allow for dynamic treatment plans that ensure each patient’s needs are being met. Patients are encouraged to take an active role in his/her treatment plan through home exercise prescription.
