The Bellingham Education Foundation held its second annual "Trunk or Treat" fundraiser on October 29th at the high school parking lot.  Local groups and organizations each sponsored a car or truck "trunk" from which they handed out treats.  There was also an opportunity to touch-a-truck at the event, featuring up close and personal visits with police, fire, DPW and construction vehicles. All proceeds from the event benefited the Bellingham Educational Foundation’s grant program
